Kitty Foyle (1940)

Kitty Foyle is about a hard-working girl named Kitty Foyle (Ginger Rogers) who has to make a decision between a wealthy high-society man or an impoverished doctor. The story is told through flashbacks. Often too melodramatic, but Ginger Rogers makes the movie worthwhile.
