The Lost Moment (1947)
Dramatic film based on The Aspern Papers by Henry James which was in turn, supposedly inspired by a romance between the poet Lord Byron and his mistress who kept all of his letters. The Lost Moment is a compelling gothic tale and an underrated film. Recommended for fans of Rebecca (1940).
